Stupid Cupid is an SMS-based service that provides relationship and dating advice via automated and AI-generated text messages. It is intended for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. Stupid Cupid is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health provider. Nothing we send constitutes professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Stupid Cupid. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
SMS consent
By providing your phone number and checking the opt-in box at signup, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Stupid Cupid. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
Free tier and subscription
Stupid Cupid offers a free tier that includes a limited number of AI-generated messages. Once you reach the free limit, a subscription of $9 per month is required to continue using the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Stupid Cupid for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about yourself and your partner.
Limitation of liability
Stupid Cupid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any relationship outcomes, decisions made based on our advice, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use of Stupid Cupid is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
